Causation & Damage
These two components are the foundation for any type of claim. First and foremost, the source and causation must be clearly identified and documented. After the indetificastions, damages, known as scope of loss, may be itemized, quantified, and valued.
Estimating
We provide estimating services to homeowners, contractors, and legal professionals, per the required format and the presentation for the lines of coverage requested. In the past 30 years we have estimated close to a billion dollars in losses.
Appraisals
When a property owner or counsel is in need of invoking the appraisal process, we can provide appraiser or umpire services. We have developed a computer program uniquely designed to aid and efficiently negotiate awards.
